Hey guys did you already heard the recent news about the hybrid cars in connection to proper mileage. Does the Chevy Volt truly get 230 miles per gallon? Some people say it doesn't, so check before getting an auto loan. The Chevy Volt was being advertised as getting as much as 230 miles per gallon. The biggest luxury to that type of gas mileage is that you would save enough money on gas alone that the monthly payments would be nothing. Recently is found the Chevy Volt does not actually get that good of mileage. The new formulas are only putting the Volt as 70-140 miles per gallon. The original estimates of the 230 are what attracted a lot of individuals to this car. Although perhaps at 70-140, I still would be interested in purchasing this car.

I got it couple of years back in case i would need another engine (i have same motor in my e30 and track it, so anything can happen). Bought it from euroguy (i think his name is Tom, he sells a lot of used parts on maxbimmer). He told be engine had 80k miles on it and told me he had this engine running in a car just fine before he yanked the motor out. I took his word for it and never bothered to check compression
